  • The following view (green regions in the map on the left) comprehends all the italian portion of the Alps chain from the Liguria region (West) to the Friuli region (East).

  • The stereo-perspective view displays an important deformation along the Y direction. The original Geodetic Reference System is UTM WGS84 zone 32. The pixel resolution is roughly 10m.

  • To speed up browsing stereo images have been compressed from 24 to 8 bits although this degrades the rendering of flat areas.
